Food and Beverage minimum requirements:
- 20 - 29 Guests: $100 minimum food and beverage required
- 30 - 45 Guests: $200 minimum food and beverage required
***NO off the menu plated, all plated must be ordered in advance.
- Servers plate buffet food inside banquet room, could accommodate 33 - 39 people. Serve drinks. Customers instruct server pasta/dressing choice as they pass the service table. Customers pick up plated food placed on table at end of service line.
- Servers plate buffet food in wait 2, could accommodate 39 - 45 people. The server would ask each customer which entree they want etc. in addition to a beverage choice. Serve drinks then bring food to each table. Salad and entree delivered at the same time.
- Plated - 45 maximum. Offer a preselected menu option. Maximum 3 entrees. Customer would need to inform us 24 hours in advance how many of each entree, dressing choice, dessert, all food options etc. The server would ask each customer which entree they chose etc. in addition to a beverage choice.
